The first six tracks are an easy 5/5 for me. It gets a bit generic after that, but I never wanted to skip anything. For someone who'd only put out a few singles and EPs before this, that's a hell of a debut. KGB opens the album and I knew by the chorus I was going to like it. Adela is bitchy and witchy at the same time. On some songs she's looking down at you from a high horse, on others she's telling you how she fell apart. I can see people calling that inconsistent. I think she did it on purpose and just put all her moods on one record. This isn't really my genre, I only checked it out to see where her rise goes, and I'm glad I did. KGB is at the top of my playlist right now.
