Questions

How do the daily music games work?
Every day at midnight UTC, both games pick a new answer from the Riffiter catalog. Everyone worldwide plays the same round: in Riff you name an artist from up to five clues in three guesses; in Sleeve you name an album from a pixelated cover in five guesses.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Both games are free and work without signing up — your streak and stats are kept in your browser. With a free Riffiter account, your stats also live on your profile and your wins show up in your followers' feeds.
What do the colored squares in shared results mean?
Green is a match, yellow is a near miss (overlapping genre in Riff, right artist in Sleeve), black is a miss. The grid shows how your game went without spoiling the answer.
Is there a new puzzle every day?
Yes — one new Riff and one new Sleeve every day, and answers don't repeat for months. Come back daily to keep your streak alive.
