The EDM supergroup as pop laboratory: Jack Ü's lone album spawned "Where Are Ü Now," which turned Justin Bieber's falsetto into a dolphin-call hook and quietly invented the next five years of pop drops. The rest is energetic festival filler. One genuinely historic single, generously packaged.
