Everybody agrees this is the throwaway that beat Certified Lover Boy. It's Giveon's song with Drake sitting in. Take the hook away and you've got that half-asleep late night voice over a beat that never once changes its mind, and every replay I've ever given it starts at the chorus. When To Say When is where Drake actually sounds like he needs something from a song, and nobody brings that one up. In ten years nobody under thirty will know this was a Drake record. Three and a half stars, all of them Giveon's.
