The thing that attracted me the most about this album was the single “Incline” and how much I really really enjoyed that. I think that track is just super high energy, super loud in all the right ways and just really gets my blood pumping. I think I was slightly disappointed by the rest of the album and I definitely think “Incline” was the easy highlight. Yet I still think that they did a really good job on a few tracks. Starting with the tracks, I have problems with I think in general the production was not incredible at least to my ears on the first listen. The second song just kind of sounded like it had the same production as “CS” by Lil Uzi Vert, where the drums are way too clear and the guitars are way too silent and dull. I think overall the guitars just felt dull kind of often unfortunately and didn’t feel blazingly loud or on fire like I’d want them to be in metal tracks. But I think overall they did a good job with keeping the energy on the album. I didn’t feel like there was a song that was just bad or boring. I of course really liked “Incline” but also think the last track was a banger and a good way to go out as it kept tricking you as to when the song was gonna be over and I appreciated that. I would definitely return this album and see if my feelings change but overall pretty good album but nothing that just blew my mind. Favorite song? Incline Feeling? Rebellious, powerful, electric
