June 2026 and the title is the whole brief. West Coast living, nothing more claimed. Who's playing drums on it? Nobody, it's programmed, which is at least honest for this lane instead of hiring a horn section to fake a room nobody played in. Xzibit's verse is the reason to come back, thirty years in and he still doesn't oversell a bar. Demrick and Scoop DeVille have made a dozen of these together and this is a good one, not a new one.

the xzibit thing is right but its not nostalgia, hes just the only one on there whos not rushing his bars. the rest of it sits at one speed the whole way through and thats the actual problem, not the drum machine.
