fast record, which i knew going in, so the two stars aren't a punishment, it's a doom person being honest about his limits. rave synths and pit parts swap places the whole way through and i never once got to settle into my chair. the bit i kept going back for is the breakdown, where everything finally sits down and gets heavy, and it's gone almost as soon as it turns up. that riff wants eleven minutes and the lamps off, we'd have had a lovely evening. second time through the boiler kicked in right under it and the two of them suited each other better than anything else on here. too much running around for my front room though.
