Tay Keith drums on FACE DOWN actually sit, kick placed right, snare's got air around it. MANNIE FRESH earns its title, didn't expect that one. Rest is the same bounce with different furniture. anyway

1994 would have buried this. Airy loop, snare with no arms, hook that never arrives. Logic sounds at peace with himself, which over a beat this weightless just reads as absent. Runs a minute long for what it is. Mandalorian line for a title, that tells you the level of thought. Anyway.

1975 and B.B. is producing himself with a full orchestra behind him, which is the whole problem. Lucille sounds great, wah and all. Band is too clean to break anything off. Twenty-seven minutes and there's nothing on here to lift. Reconsider Baby survives. Anyway.

1996 this is eleven songs and a skit. Instead it's 26, dropped on his birthday with no rollout, and it plays like it. Move and Nunchucks knock, flute beat on I'ma Be Cool is real. Kumbaya should not exist. Everything else is competent trap drums with no pocket, and by track 19 I couldn't have told you what I'd just heard. anyway.

1992 Greg Nice says about four words and still walks off with the hook. Premo remix earns the reheat though, drums knock a lot harder than the album cut and the scratch hook sits in the pocket instead of just decorating it. Wayne verse is the part I skip. anyway
