Lonzo owned the club, Yella and Cli-N-Tel are on the tape, and Dre is the reason any of it still plays. Surgery and Juice were cut on four tracks inside a nightclub and they hold up next to Arthur Baker. Take the machine out and there is no group left. Nobody was buying these for the vocals.
