the mandolin and the melodica do most of the work here. karla with a k still sounds like it got cut halfway up a hill somewhere, and satellite is basically mellencamp with a philly accent. johnny b was never the single they thought it was, and the back third drags. what i like is that they'd already given up on being nervous night by this point.
