I'm Not Dead is P!nk's formula finding its mature shape: "Who Knew" and "U + Ur Hand" run the Max Martin pop-rock engine at full torque, while "Dear Mr. President" swings at the White House with folk-duo earnestness. Overlong and tonally scattered — but the rasp and the conviction never waver.
