Power Up is AC/DC's resurrection census: Brian Johnson's hearing restored, Phil Rudd back behind the kit, and Malcolm Young present through posthumous co-writes on every track. "Shot in the Dark" boogies like four decades never passed. There is no growth here whatsoever, and from this band that's precisely the covenant honored.
