Coming Home is the ninth studio album by American singer Usher. It was released on February 9, 2024, through Mega with distribution by Gamma, two days before his upcoming Super Bowl LVIII halftime show performance. This is Usher's first solo album in nearly eight years since Hard II Love (2016) and his first studio album in six years since A (2018), marking his longest gap between two albums, and it is also his first independent album. It features collaborations with Burna Boy, Summer Walker, 21 Savage, Latto, The-Dream, H.E.R., Pheelz, and Jungkook. Background and promotion Following the headlining of his own residency at the Colosseum at Caesars' Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada and numerous renewals ever since, Usher started gearing up for an upcoming album release in mid-2023.
