The Official Bootleg Series Volume Two: Palais des Congres, Paris March 1978 & Palast der Republik, East Berlin January 1980

This set features two (almost) complete Tangerine Dream concert recordings from 1978 and 1980, respectively. While the 1980 concert had been previously fan-released as Tangerine Tree Volume 17: East Berlin 1980 (2003), the 1978 concert was not part of the Tangerine Tree project, as the recording turned up when the project was no longer active. Sound quality of both concerts is near to excellent; both sources had been especially pre-mastered for this release by Wouter Bessels, who as well has written extensive liner notes about Tangerine Dream covering the years 1978 to early 1980.
