Stay What You Are is the third release of Princeton, New Jersey based band Saves the Day. The album spawned singles and videos out of the songs At Your Funeral and Freakish. At the time of the recording, Saves The Day consisted of Chris Conley, Dave Soloway, Ted Alexander, Eben D'Amico, and Bryan Newman.
