"Earthbound Blues" is the debut solo, full length studio album from American singer-songwriter, John Moreland. Recorded between Sep 2010 - Mar 2011 in Choctaw, Oklahoma. The album was originally released April 12, 2011 on the Memorial label and re-released 06 Mar 2015 with a new cover by Last Chance Records. Earthbound Blues is a soulful southern tinged rock / alt country record. The songs are all powerful and sung with such heart that you can feel the emotions pouring out of the speakers. John Moreland is an exceptional songwriter and this album shows his continued growth.
