The Notorious H.A.F.T. is the first mixtape by Haftbefehl, which was released on February 24, 2012 via splash! Mag and offered for free download. It exclusively contains remixes of older songs by Haftbefehl. The title of the mixtape is based on the artist name of the US rapper The Notorious B.I.G., with whom Haftbefehl is often compared. The tape was also released a few days before the 15th anniversary of the rapper's death, on 9 March 2012. On this day, Haftbefehl also released a video called "Biggie Tribute".
