Here and Nowhere Else

Cloud Nothings have announced their next LP, the followup to 2012's excellent Attack on Memory. The album is called Here and Nowhere Else, out on April 1 via Carpark and Mom + Pop in the U.S. and Hi-Note in Taiwan/China/Hong Kong, March 31 in Europe through Wichita, March 26 via Hostess in Japan, and March 28 via Stop Start in Australia and New Zealand. The band recently performed it in full in Brooklyn. Check out the cover art and first single "I'm Not Part of Me" above and the tracklist below. Here and Nowhere Else was recorded in Hoboken, N.J., with producer John Congleton (who also worked on the new Swans record). According to a press release, it's more "refined" and "subtle." Dylan Baldi says the record is more positive: "I was feeling pretty good about everything so I just made stuff that made me happy. I had nothing to be angry about really so the approach was more positive and less 'fuck everything."
