“Lost” is the second single off of Cher Lloyd’s third studio album currently titled with the placeholder name ‘CL3’. Cher teased the single a week before announcing it by posting cryptic still from the songs music video. The single was released on April 24th, 6 months after 2019’s “M.I.A”. In the song, Cher talks about a burnt-out relationship, and how the person continues to try and see what she’s up to when Cher’s doing just fine. Cher sings “I heard from a friend of a friend that you’ve been checking back”, and “It’s none of your business first of all”. Cher wants the person to know she’s just fine and has moved on past this long “lost” cause of a relationship…
